The Irwin Automotive Group is teaming up with the Ford Motor Company to raise money for Laconia High School’s Band Booster Club, and we need your help! All you have to do is come to Laconia High School on Thursday, September 29th between 4 and 8 pm and test drive a new Ford vehicle. For every test drive that takes place between the hours of 4 and 8, the Irwin Automotive Group and Ford will donate $20 to the Band Booster Club.
The goal of the fundraising effort is to raise monet for a band trip to Disney in April 2012. Steven Beals, principal of Laconia High School, explains, “We all feel fortunate to be approached and supported by Irwin Ford in a fundraising activity for the LHS Band Boosters as the dedicate their efforts to ensure that all students in band, select choir and color guard have the opportunity to attend a trip to Disney in April 2012… we are confident we’ll have a strong turn out and are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a fun and unique fundraiser.”
Chris Irwin, vice president of the Irwin Automotive Group, says, “Whether you are looking to test out our larger vehicles, like the Explorer or F-150, or are more interested in a smaller sedan, like the fuel-efficient Fiesta, we will be able to put you behind the wheel of your favorite Ford vehicle.”
